Business License Application

  • The State of Utah has provided updated information stating that Business Licenses are now mandatory by State Law. To comply, please complete the application above and submit it to Town Hall.

  • - $25.00 processing fee for Home Businesses

    - $50.00 processing fee for Commercial Businesses

    Please note that a late fee of $15.00 will be applied if payment is received after January 31st of each year

  • All businesses in Utah must register with the Utah Department of Commerce as a "DBA" (Doing Business As), Corporation, Limited Liability Company, or Limited Partnership. Additionally, businesses must obtain a business license from the City or County where they are located.
