To obtain a business license in Mantua, you can submit the required fees by mail or in person at the Mantua Town Hall. The fees are as follows:
- $50.00 for commercial business licenses - $25.00 for home-based business licenses Please note that a late fee of $15.00 will be applied if payment is received after January 31st of each year.

All business licenses are required to be renewed by January 31st. Attendance at a town council meeting is not necessary for renewals unless there have been modifications to your business information. The application form can be accessed below or obtained directly from Town Hall. Please be advised that a late fee of $15 will be imposed for renewals submitted after February 20th. If your business operations in Mantua have ceased, we kindly request that you notify us.
The State of Utah has provided updated information stating that Business Licenses are now mandatory by State Law. To comply, please complete the application above and submit it to Town Hall along with:
- $25.00 processing fee for Home Businesses
- $50.00 processing fee for Commercial Businesses

Who needs to register their business?
All businesses in Utah must register with the Utah Department of Commerce as a "DBA" (Doing Business As), Corporation, Limited Liability Company, or Limited Partnership. Additionally, businesses must obtain a business license from the City or County where they are located.
